Hello, I'm Howell.
I’m a People Operations and HRIS professional working at the intersection of people, data, and systems. I build reliable HR infrastructure—maintaining clean, auditable employee data, supporting lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance across multi-state environments. My work is grounded in a systems approach, with a growing focus on how organizations measure performance and align compensation with real contribution.
the-TRUSTLESS-report is where I write about real-world applications of distributed systems in people and organizational design. I focus on what translates into practice—particularly how internal token models can simulate pay-for-performance bonus allocation and create a more transparent input layer for compensation decisions.
research-log is where I publish applied work and system prototypes. The most recent project I’m working on is a contribution-linked bonus allocation model for a mid-sized AI company, designed to address core challenges in performance measurement and compensation in fast-growing organizations, where compensation systems are often least structured and most consequential.
